Officers from the Greenwich Police Department were sent to an Indian Harbor Drive home shortly before 3:45 p.m. on Monday afternoon, where there was a homeowner complaining of a trespasser.

Police said that 58-year-old Gregg William Gerathy was repeatedly calling the female homeowner and began showing up at the house uninvited and unexpectedly. After being advised by officers not to return to the residence, Gerathy did so and attempted to gain access to the home.

Gerathy was subsequently located and arrested on a criminal trespassing charge. Following his arraignment, Gerathy was released on $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 19.
